We’re Pelin and Emrah.

Together, we’ve dedicated our careers to hospitality, guided by one simple belief:
great food is important, but unforgettable experiences matter even more.

 

Pelin’s journey began in professional kitchens before moving into yacht hospitality,
where creativity, precision, and adaptability became essential. Working as a yacht chef
meant creating exceptional meals in compact spaces, often under challenging conditions,
while always maintaining the highest standards.

Emrah has spent many years in hospitality and is well known locally through Turtle Restaurant,

where he continues to welcome guests from around the world. His passion has always centered
around warm service, attention to detail, and making every guest feel truly cared for.

Together, we created Plated by Pelin to offer a more personal dining experience —
something beyond the atmosphere of a traditional restaurant.

Every menu is prepared especially for you, every dish is cooked fresh on-site,

and every detail is thoughtfully tailored to your stay.

Emrah ensures seamless service and guest comfort throughout your evening.

Though we are a small team, we bring together years of experience from restaurants,
yachts, and private hospitality.
